Bike the famous Danube Cycle Path as your floating hotel, either the MV Vivienne or the MV Swiss Crown, cruises slowly down the river. Starting in Passau, Germany, the Danube Cycle Path follows alongside the river.
Choose from two different seven night itineraries:
Danube Impressions - from Passau, Germany the river boat moves slowly down the Danube as passengers cycle alongside the Danube to Vienna. Dock at Vienna for one night and then spend two days returning to Passau as cyclists enjoy different parts of the cycle path along the river. At the end of each day cyclists meet their ship and enjoy the comforts of a floating hotel. The cycle path offers easy cycling with little gradient.
Danube Waltz - from Passau Germany the river boat drifts along the Danube through Slovakia, Austria and Hungary so stops are made in three of Europe's most charming capitals: Vienna, Bratislava and Budapest. In between, passengers cycle on sections of the easy, paved cycle path through pretty countryside ad quaint villages. At the end of the day cyclists meet their ship and enjoy the comforts of a floating hotel.
