Based for a week in the pretty little town of Kenmare located in south-west Ireland and brimming with Irish character, we enjoy picturesque Kerry and Cork, There is a choice of two guided walks each day at different levels. We walk the famous Kerry Way, enjoy an Irish homecoming and boat to magical Garinish Island. It is fun to finish off a day with traditional Irish music and dance.

Getting to Kenmare:  HF Holidays run a bus transfer from Cork Airport or there are trains to Killarney from Dublin and from Killarney you can take a local bus or a taxi to Kenmare.

Walking: Two levels of walking are offered each day.

•    Harder Level walks     7 - 9  miles.                 up to 1800 ft of ascent over a day.
•     Easier Level walks     4 -  7 miles                  up to  1300 ft of ascent over a day.

The 3-star Kenmare Bay Hotel sits on the edge of the pretty little town of Kenmare, facing the hills of the Kerry Way. The hotel has a pleasant restaurant, cosy bar with outside seating, and a large outdoor swimming pool with sauna and spa pool.
