Prices: Cost of the Discovery Tours is in
British pounds. Conversion to Canadian dollars is done at the time
of payment.
Payment: A deposit of 150 pounds per person (approximately
$250 Cdn) is due when booking. Full payment is due six weeks prior
to travel.
Payment can be done with credit cards, cheque or electronic transfer.
Cancellation: If you cancel your holiday the following penalties
would apply:
Up to 45 days prior to departure
Loss of deposit
45 - 21 days prior to departure
50%
21 - 8 days prior to departure
90%
Within the last 7 days before departure
100%
Cancellation Insurance can be purchased to cover cancellation for
emergency medical reasons. Teachers' Travel sells Manulife Travel
Insurance. .
Documents Required: Canadian citizens need a valid passport
to enter Britain.Teachers'
Travel is a full service travel agency so can help with air tickets and
rail tickets in conjunction with your Discovery Tour.
