Guided Walking in Britain

Shropshire Hills
Church Stretton

The town of  Church Stretton is an ideal base from which to explore the Shropshire Hills. From here, there are outstanding walks to the Long Mynd, Caer Caradoc and Ragleth Hill, while travelling a little further afield enables a wider exploration of this scenic hiking county near the Welsh border.

Walking Holidays: Classic Walking Holidays operate weekly starting Fridays from May through October. Walkers stay at the same hotel for seven nights. Days start and end with a short bus ride so the walks are in the most spectacular parts of the island.  Three different guided walks are offered each day. You choose according to your fitness and ability.

On a few weeks per year there are special  WALKING AND SIGHTSEEING HOLIDAYS
which are one week holidays with easy guided walking plus lots of sightseeing in the region.
